Not for all services! For gutter cleaning and pressure washing, we just need access to outside water. For window cleaning, most customers feel comfortable allowing our trusted technicians in. We can discuss all the details during your appointment scheduling.
Yes! We carry comprehensive insurance, including worker’s compensation for our employees and vehicle insurance. We’d be happy to provide you with a copy of our policies upon request.

We offer convenient payment options – debit/credit card, cash, or check. You can pay at the time of service or receive an invoice for online or mail payment.
Yes! We offer neighborhood and group discounts if we can schedule services for the same day. If you can coordinate window cleaning with your neighbors on the same day(s), we’ll provide a 10% discount for each home.

Heavy Rain: If it’s pouring, we may prioritize cleaning your interior windows first. Rain usually clears within a few hours, allowing us to finish the exterior cleaning later. If we can’t complete the job due to heavy rain, we’ll reschedule for the same day or later that week. You won’t need to be home for us to finish the exterior cleaning, and we’ll invoice you after completion.

48-Hour Rain Guarantee: We offer peace of mind! If rain blemishes your exterior windows within 48 hours of service, we’ll retouch them free of charge – just call us!
While not required, some things can help expedite the process, including window grid removal and moving small objects (like plants or pictures).
